Brief:
To locate the existing POS in store, fixing instances of non-compliance wherever possible and merchandise a promotional POS Tray. Our response:
To achieve the best possible results, we co-ordinated our visits to mirror the start of the retailers promotion, devising a clear and concise brief and questionnaire for merchandisers to guarantee the best compliance results and ensure our merchandisers had the tools to deliver meaningful insight back to the client.
Skin and Lip Care Fixtures were fully merchandised, and previously non-compliant POS trays were sited wherever possible. eXPD8 Beauty Display Merchandises liaised with store colleagues to site any missing shelf edge labels to ensure that products were correctly priced and promotions clearly advertised.
Our visits did highlight a lower compliance result than we would have liked to achieve; however insight given by merchandisers and stores allowed us to deliver thorough insight on the challenges to the brand to allow them to resolve issues found.
