Brief:
Sally Hansen sought our support with the roll out of their new Valentines Till Topper in stores across the UK. Due to the time sensitive nature of the roll out and with Valentines Day fast approaching, they emphasised the importance of efficient but high-quality delivery in the weeks leading up to the event.
The brand were keen for the Till Topper to be strategically placed to offer the best chance of maximising sales. As part of this roll out, they also asked eXPD8 to provide replenishment services to ensure the Till Topper was fully stocked.
Our response:
Through thorough planning and a co-ordinated effort between the Central Office and Field Teams, we were able to successfully complete all Set-Up calls within the desired timeframe. During the visits our highly trained beauty merchandisers prepared and sited the Till Toppers at the checkout areas, using their store knowledge to determine the best location for visibility and footfall.
